These are the records of the annual meeting held by the members of the synod. The Archives holds the journals from 1858 to the present. Within each journal there is a list of the dignitaries in attendance. These include the lord bishop, the assistant bishop, the dean, the archdeacons emeritus, the archdeacons, the canons emeritus, the canons, the chaplains, the rural deans, the deanery Sunday school and AYPA secretaries.

Information about the various committees participating in the meeting is also included. The committees include the executive committee, the diocesan board of religious education, the diocesan council for social service, the committee of diocesan insurance, the committee on historical records and the committee on memorials to deceased brethren. The journals contain the proceedings of the meetings and information about the activities of the subcommittees.
