Parish records include a variety of information. They contain all of the records relating to the daily operation and activities of the church. Within these records documentation can be found relating to the board of management meetings, correspondence, annual vestry minutes, cash books and financial statements, ladies guild minutes, Anglican Young People's meetings minutes, guest books and deanery chapter minutes. This group of files also contains information about vestry records. The information contained within the files for each church varies a great deal. For some churches there are exhaustive records, while others contain very little information. Within these files church organizational minutes can also be found.
